Dr Savi Herath, MB BS, FRACGP (Female GP)
Over the 18 years Dr Herath has worked in various medical specialties including Internal Medicine, Surgery, Obstetrics and Gynecology, Paediatrics. She also has experience in Anaesthetics and Emergency Medicine.

She is a fully Australian qualified General Practitioner and has worked in Victoria and rural QLD before moving to Sydney.
​
Dr Herath has special interest in Women's Health, Paediatrics, Skin Cancer and Chronic Disease Management.
​
In her spare time Dr Herath likes to spend time with her two daughters who are both in High School. She enjoys cooking and traveling to new destinations.

Results
With Telehealth now available at the Medical Centre, Pathology and radiology results can be discussed over the phone by booking a Telephone appointment with the Doctor. over the phone or emailed due to medico-legal reasons and to ensure patients confidentiality. Glossodia Medical Practice operates a recall system for patients undergoing clinical investigations. Patients may be contacted and asked to see the doctor who initiated the request.

The procedure is that, to obtain the outcome of any of your results your are required to RETURN TO THE PRACTICE.
​
Practice nursing staff will contact all patients who are having INR testing and advise of management plan of their medication when results have been received and and reviewed by the Doctor.
Opening Sundays - 4 Feb 2018
We are excited to announce that we will be opening every Sunday from 9:00am to 1:00pm starting 4 Feb 2018. This will be a clinic addressing acute issues of the Community. The appointment books will be open on Saturday morning.

Telephone and Video consults - for SINGLE matter will be charged as a Standard face to face consult.

Results/Followup - Results or Follow up (1 only appointment) will be Bulk Billed. If other matters are discussed during the appointment there may be a charge.
